    <description>&lt;P&gt;Done all the test it all comes back as working and i do not get very good signal on my mobile phone so can not contact sky by phone, and as i said it is hard for me to speak dew to throat cancer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Landline is not recieveing or making calls, there is no dialing tone, my husband has tried everything on your help section but still nothing. I rely on this phone line for hospital apointments as i am being treated for end of life throat cancer and need the phone working again as soon as possible.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
