Hi sky,

When I signed up to sky broadband and talk package the agent I talked to promised to offer me free sky talk anytime so as to match the free talk anytime I was getting from Virgin.

Today my first bill is showing £17 for anytime talk charges.

I feel quite disappointed that the promise was not honoured by sky.

When I called sky, the person answering my call told me that there are nothing he could see on the system which indicates the promise I am talking about. They also told me that I will be charged for September 2025 even though I had no option other than to cancel skytalk anytime.

I would appreciate a reply from a sky employee or agent to explain this issue to me. Thanks.

The Sky Talk Anytime Extra tariff is £17pm but if you make a complaint give the date and the rough time of your call. Sky should be able to listen back on the discussion to hear what was agreed. I've never heard of it being offered free.
