    <description>&lt;P&gt;Had Sky full fibre installed last Friday and working fine. However "VOICE" light not come on on router despite rebooting several times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phoned Sky and they said allow 72 hours which has now passed and still no connection&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Previous posts suggest that it does sometimes take a few days for Openreach to swap your, phone service from copper to fibre. I'm assuming the Voice light is still unlit. If it were me, I'd leave it until Wednesday (not sure if 72 hours means weekday working hours) and if the Voice light is still unlit, reboot your Hub, snd give Sky another call if the service is still not working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't know whether it was a coincidence but disconnected bedroom extension of landline before latest reboot of router and voice light came on. &amp;nbsp;Yet to reconnect extension!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As you have full fibre, there shouldn't be anything connected to the old phone sockets which are redundant. The landline service is only via the socket at the back of your Hub..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
