I am unable to access Talk Shield on my iPad

I get either please wait message or sign in, enter email and password, this keeps repeating itself .i have tried everything Sky have asked me to do but to no avail.

i have managed to get it on the website then when I try again I cannot.

@Annoyed70 You have a sky account ID to product problem, see if the link below helps you. Always logon first that way your on the system!

I have now found a way in at this moment in time. It does not always work, but nothing through the app at this moment,

@Annoyed70 Do not use the app, would not either for love nor money, just not for me to trust a flaky piece off mobile software!
