&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Failing that, try the connection test (in the same help guide) even if your broadband is working ok. If that doesn't detect a fault either, you'll need to report it to Sky. You can do that by calling 150 from your landline.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since the house has been redecorated and we have put everything back the landline no longer works, I've tried everything suggested, I've&amp;nbsp;got the ringing on the landline but it doesn't actually go through, and I cant receive&amp;nbsp;calls .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I didnt even think of that! It may have been. The only thing im confused about is everything else is working fine. When you call the landline from a mobile you can hear the ringing but the phone doesn't ring.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
