    <description>&lt;P&gt;It's been two weeks now and although we can recieve calls still can't make any. As I'm very old and housebound it's a real problem and I've got nowhere with numerous calls to the helpline, Can anyone suggest something please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Mark&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's a black&amp;nbsp; hub&amp;nbsp; The stufff was installed on the 24th&amp;nbsp; and the engineer looked at my phone&amp;nbsp; &amp;amp; told me I should get that sorted which I tried to do. I'd suggest restarting your broadband Hub by switching off at the plug for a,few minutes. If that doesn't persuade it to cooperate, I'm afraid you'll have to speak to Sky again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Bearing in mind you haven't got very far with them up to now, I'd suggest reporting the issue by way of a complaint.
