    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm - your phone should be plugged into your broadband Hub, not the ONT. Do you have a black Hub or a white one? When was your Sky service activated?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Landline not connecting after fibre fitted.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently have had open reach out to fit a new fibre cable. Since then no connection to landline phone. I've plugged into the modem but still not working,any help with this would be appreciated. I would have expected the open reach engineer to have done this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
