I have had a new sky broadband box fitted a week ago ,but my landlines phone is not working

any suggestions on what I can do to reinstate the landline would be very helpful

Are your landline phones connected to the back of your broadband hub ?

Take a look at the connections at the back of your Hub. If the phone is connected, there will be a plug in the socket marked UK (phone) or Italia/ROI if you're in Ireland.
