OK, I've alerted Sky again .Look for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page as before.

It may be tomorrow now when Sky sends you the chat invitation.

Phone going quiet after 10 minutes

I have a landline using the traditional phone line (not internet calls). I generally do not call out as it costs me but several people call me on a regular basis. The phone line is always absolutely fine until roughly 10 minutes into a conversation when the line will start to go quiet. The person calling me can still hear me clearly but to me it sounds like they are getting quieter and quieter until they disappear altogther. So I am always having to tell people to call me back. I have had my son try 3 different phones and they all do the same thing, so it must be the line? It happens with different people. My son has also had it happen to him so its not me falling asleep. Any ideas?

hi, sorry I didn't see this message, can you re-do the chat, its now got to the point where I cannot hear anyone if they call me but I can call them. But I changed my package so I dont get any free calls now. it seems strange that as soon as I changed my package my line stopped working. Is it to do with the old security set-up i had where only numbers recorded could get through?
