      <description>&lt;P&gt;New SkyMax hub installed 9/7/25. All good except no incoming calls on landline. Need this for elderly parents urgently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Definitely installed correctly by Openreach. Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
