Landline not accepting mobile calls

We transferred out broadband and telephone over two weeks ago and still can't receive calls from mobile numbers. We are struggling to get this resolved.

@CA2012 Sky CS are the only ones that can help you with that, so you do have to persist in calling to get it solved!

Constantly ringing for two weeks!! I was even promised a call back but that never happened. I can't understand why it's only mobile phone calls that don't come through.

@CA2012 All seperate services, have to be tied together to route the call in the correct method, you may find that some off the mobiles get through fine from some of the providers, and two parts outgoing/incoming, the mobile not coming in, can you dial out to it!

Just managed to get the neighbours fttc - fttp voice all working I THINK on her change, took 4 weeks of pestering sky, eventually they dealt with it, she got the instruction to switch everything off for 1 hour, i told her 2 hours and listen to me, she did and as far as i know she can now dial out recieve calls and hopefully from all the networks involved. But she is off on (her) a weeks 60th Birthday celebration so will find out later next week how it's all worked out.

Thanks. Yes we can ring out and receive landline calls. I will try the switch off and leave for a couple of hours. 🤞

@CA2012 The switch off was only at the request off SKY, if they have NOT looked at what is going on then you may be just wasting your time! The question was a mobile that cannot get through to the landline, can you dial out to it!

Yes I can ring mobile number. I even got charged for testing it ! That will be my next call when finally sorting it out
