      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have followed all of the steps on your site even the link you sent any phone line is still not working. All other sky tv and broadband products are working. I need someone to come and fix this. &amp;nbsp;It has been over 24hrs now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The service level agreement in the UK between ISP’s and Openreach for fixing a fault is 2 WORKING DAYS which is the usual quoted time as Openreach claim to fix faults within that timeframe in 85+% of cases. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
