Sky talk not working

I have followed all of the steps on your site even the link you sent any phone line is still not working. All other sky tv and broadband products are working. I need someone to come and fix this. It has been over 24hrs now.

@Raj76 we're customers here, I'm afraid, not Sky Customer Services. Has your landline with Sky been working ok up to now? OR are you new to Sky?

Check Sky's service checker for known faults in your area here: https://servicestatus.sky.com/#/uk/issues

And try the simple connection test here, even if your broadband service is ok: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

Thanks Mark 39. I thought I was requesting help. I'm not new to sky and everything has been working fine. Is there no way to contact them?

If they don't provide any answers we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here tomorrow so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.

Th aks for your help, have found out it is a problem in the area with the main phone line which is likely to be fixed on Monday.

Fingers crossed. The service level agreement in the UK between ISP’s and Openreach for fixing a fault is 2 WORKING DAYS which is the usual quoted time as Openreach claim to fix faults within that timeframe in 85+% of cases.
