      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4421655"&gt;@Fionat12345&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You will have to call sky to report the line fault but you do not say if plugged into the back off the hub, into an OR Master Socket or even via a ADSL filter that may be bad, phone could have packed in etc, if hub switch it off for a couple off minutes see how it goes when it restart's, no joy then MOBILE phone to call sky and report line fault!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
