I have just transferred from BT to SKY re my Broadband.
My Broadband hub is located upstairs, and I have plugged a phone into the hub which works.

However when I try to use my landline phone downstairs via the Jack in the wall , it doesn't work.
im assuming I lost this when Sky took over from BT. Is there anyway I can have a landline phone downstairs etc ?

If you really want to use your existing extension sockets, research 'Voice reinjection faceplates' but note that Sky won't support that solution.
