Sky talk not working

My sky talk shield is not working I can make calls out going but incoming it tells me who they are and I accept the call it tells me connected and I don't get the call it's dead

Does this happen with all incoming calls? Could it be that the caller simply hangs up?

They don't hang up just silence no sound whatsover
