      <title>Landline phone stopped working after fibre was installed.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Fibre was installed yesterday. Landline telephone plug was moved from old master socket to router but now I cannot dial out and people trying to dial in are told that the number is not recognised.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My broadband continues to work normally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Chat is no help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to log in to my account to see if it includes internet enabled phone the page tells me it is restricted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
