I have Sky broadband and tv package but don't have the landline. Can someone please tell me how I go about getting the

phone installed/working????

There are times when it would be lovely to chat to a human 😁

@Harle2 can you provide a bit more detail as to what is happening with your phone line?

Also can you confirm whether your Sky router is a black one or a white one?

Router is a white one. It's only been in 3 months.

I didnt enquire about having a house phone when I got the Sky account and the rounter goes into the white box a phone would normally into

Have you got the phone plugged into the router? On the back of the router you should see a picture of a phone underneath the socket it should be plugged into.
