    <description>&lt;P&gt;It can take 24 hours or so for the landline service activation to be completed. I'd leave it until tomorrow, then restart your Hub and the ONT, by switching off at the plug for an hour. If there's still no landline service at that point, do post back and we'll try to arrange some help for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had city fibre fit new wifi/internet/calls box today.
