      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Sky account for TV, Broadband AND TELEPHONE. MY LAND LINE TELEPHONE DOES NOT RECEIVE NOR IS ABLE TO SEND MESSAGES. I USE THE LAND LINE A LOT and I CANNOT SEND ANY 999 nor 111 CALLS. THEREFORE THIS IS A MAJOR PROBLEM FOR ME. I DO DESPERATELY NEED MY LAND LINE FIXED PLEASE - 01548 ......... I HAVE COPIED THIS MESSAGE WHICH IS NOW SAVED ON MY COMPUTER AND WILL BE ABLE TO BE READ IF AND WHEN I DIE!! &lt;P&gt;Based on a couple of things you've mentioned in your post, if you have health issues that affect your ability to communicate it&amp;nbsp;may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future.
