How do I cancel my landline?

I am not using my landline so I am wasting my money.

The only calls I get are scam calls, recorded messagesb or silence.

Sky Talk is part of your broadband subscription so can't be cancelled but if you're not already on it call Sky and change to the Sky Pay As You Talk tariff which means if you don't make calls you won't be charged and then just unplug the phone.

To call Sky about changing to pay as you talk you will need to call them on the free 150 number and when do stay silent when asked anything by the bot.

Then unplug the telephone handset. The 'line' itself (either copper cable or optical fibre) is required to deliver broadband to the address.
