Number not receiving calls

Whenever I try to call my landline from my mobile it never connect I get half a dial tone and then it behaves like it's been answered but never does. I'm sick of this issue as I need contact with my landline

Yes it seems they don't know what the issue is blaming my mobile provider and mobile provider said there's no issue on my mobile end

Yes it's just the calls from my mobile number

Sounds like you're in an awkward Catch 22 situation, each provider blaming the other. I can only suggest raising it as a formal complaint, ideally in writing: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
