      <description>Hi, I had full fibre fitted Friday apart from teething problem everything was fine. I have discovered that when someone is phoning me they get the ringing tone but my house phone doesn't ring. I have tested my handset and my base and they ring. I can also ring out. When I check my products Sky talk talk doesn't show up but something else. Will my sky talk show as Internet calls now</description>

      <description>Whit and yes it's plugged in to hub. As I say I can make out going calls but when someone rings me it ring for them but not for me. I have tested the ringer on my house phone base and handset and it rings fine when I test it.</description>

As it's only 48 hours, and it's a holiday weekend I would suggest leaving it until tomorrow, then factory resetting your Hub by pressing the WPS button for 30 seconds&amp;nbsp; If you're still unable to receive calls, it's best reported to Sky. You can call customer services on 150, or we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
