&lt;P&gt;As you said your phone worked before with the Max Hub, a new one isn't likely to help. I doubt a new Hub is required either. As you've already spoken to Sky about it, I'd give them a call to follow it up with them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;Thanks. I don't think it will help, but as it's easy to do, you could try factory resetting the Max Hub by pressing the WPS button for 30 seconds. If that doesn't resolve it, it's best reported to Sky.&amp;nbsp;We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The problem is solved i purchased an SR203 years ago and it as been working fine i have now purchased an SR213 and that was working fine for a few months then not working and i have now been told by sky if there is a problem with my router they will only supply a router that they supplied and i think that was an SR115 and they can turn the SR213 off so it will not work so if i got another SR213 it will not work either&lt;/P&gt;</description>
