      <title>Sky talk not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had fibre installed yesterday.&amp;nbsp; Landline not working.&amp;nbsp; Phone plugged into router but all I'm getting is a high pitched squeal.&amp;nbsp; When I phone the number it says it's not recognised.&amp;nbsp; Over 24 hours since installation.&amp;nbsp; Help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It may be just a slightly delayed phone activation,&amp;nbsp; but try restarting your Hub today by switching off at the plug for a few minutes.&lt;/P&gt;
