Can’t make or receive calls

My sky talk is not working, when I answer the phone I can hear ringing on the line, but I cannot answer. When I try to dial out there is no dial tone or no noise. I have tried the troubleshooting of taking the micro filter out. I have also unplugged and re-plugged the base to the phone and changed batteries in both handsets. Please can someone advise what I need to do now as I can't seem to get hold of anyone at sky for advice thanks

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
