&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Landline Issues with Sky Hub Broadband</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all, We've now been upgraded to Sky Broadband Hub, our activation date is today, and I've received a text saying that it's now active, I've connected all our devices to the WiFi and is working fine? But I can't get the landline to work? Showing on screen "Check Phone Line" have followed the instructions in the manual with the connections the landlines is plugged into the "UK Phone" slot on the back of the hub?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our Landline is a Panasonic (KX-TGC220E) Model. Is this still compatible?&amp;nbsp; I've had this for 6 yrs? If so, and if your phone was previously plugged into a wall socket, you're unlikely to have internet calls, and your phone should continue to be plugged into your telephone wall socket&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning, I've just got back home from work, I do night's and I've just checked it and I now have a green LED lit on voice... and the landline is back online... something must of happened during the night? But all is good now and working, I did check my account and "Sky Internet calls" is on my pack.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
