      <description>&lt;P&gt;Reported on Sunday that my landline wasn't working using the online tool and an engineer has been booked, although no date. The internet is now also not working and I need a working connection urgently as my pacemaker is connected to the phoneline for remote monitoring.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates.
