This is madness, phoneline not working but bot tells to phone to report the problem, hmmmm phone line not working and i dont have a uk mobile

What is the background to this so have you just joined Sky Broadband and Talk, changed your broadband product or has the phone line just stopped working ?

Phone just stopped working, no dial tone and cannot ring out, internet broadband running at a snails pace, phone and internet service been in place for 15 years plus

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

Hey!!
If your landline is not working and you do not have a UK mobile number, try contacting Sky through live chat on the website or on social media. Also, you can use VoIP services, or ask a friend or neighbor to call on your behalf.
