      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sky talk is down 2 days now. I was meant to be called by you at 1 o clock today. Nothing of course. Got notified of some migration crap to occur but I can't get anymore information off you. Ridiculous carry on. Your customer care is the worst I have ever come across. Can somebody please call me right away or send me an email on how to resolve the issue myself. I REALLY HATE SKY. REALLY, WITH A PASSION. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR SO CALLED SERVICE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
