      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/129871"&gt;@Radiomad&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;call screening is&amp;nbsp;a feature of the Sky Talk Shield. The Shield isn't turned on automatically,&amp;nbsp; you have to activate it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're unable to turn on the Shield online, as described here, call Sky (on 150) and they'll activate it for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
