      <title>VOIP phone not calling out</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi there, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've had my new Sky WIFI Max Hub for a week, and ever since it was installed, my Polycom VVX441 has a dial tone but does not dial out or receive calls in.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My son-in-law has high speed Sky Fibre B/B, but with a black router/hub. ( not sure what the "name" of his router is ).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I took my Polycom phone around to his house and it works fine there.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Need this phone to operate for work, and I know there are many posts regarding this here, but I can't see any "fix" being made known.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help, please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I put that it was for work thinking it would be treated more urgently. I am retired now but have the voip phone in my office and still use it to make calls whilst in there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Now it isn't working I keep having to go downstairs to make calls while not being able to access my pc at the same time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately not. Sky only provide a domestic service - you'd need to sign up with a business broadband provider such as Sky for Business in order to obtain a faster response time.&lt;/P&gt;
