&lt;P&gt;Have you recently upgraded your broadband package to Sky Fibre ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not has this issue started today and is your phone line plugged&amp;nbsp;into a connection on your wall or is it in the back of your broadband hub ?&lt;/P&gt;
