Landline phone is not working

My Bt phones are not working have plugged into hub but nothing no tone 9r any thing. Can you send me 3 0hones that are compatible. My husband is very deaf and cannot hear mobile phones.

Sky do not supply any landline phones. That's something you have to source yourself.

@Charlie122 are your BT phones specifically for use with BT's Digital Voice service? If so, they won't work with Sky.

If they're not for BT's Digital Voice service, they should be compatible with Sky and it may indicate a fault with your Sky service. When was your Sky Broadband/Talk service activated?
