      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you mean a call package like Anytime+, Evenings and Weekends, International+, they're&amp;nbsp; not&amp;nbsp; normally part of your 'contract' and can be cancelled by giving 31 days notice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
