That would be a call to Sky. Dial 150 from your landline. There's a £2 per month charge.

What? £2 for something that every other provider includes for free? 😲 (£1 per month with Now!)

Guess I shouldn't be surprised though 😠 They're still charging extra for HD!

This link explains the two different Sky Talk voicemail add-ons,

Basic voicemail is £2pm, Voicemail Plus is £2.50pm. You can always purchase a landline phone with a built in answer phone then you only have the initial outlay.

If I sign up to Sky Talk Voicemail or Voicemail Plus when taking Sky broadband, can I cancel Voicemail anytime without penalty or does it form part of my 24-month contract?

You can cancel it anytime you want as it is an additional service for your Sky Talk landline which is bundled with your broadband.
