No incoming calls at weekend only

Morning all, does anyone else have an issue, only at weekends, I can't receive incoming calls, line just drops dead. Can still call out, and Monday through to Friday all is ok. Have contacted Sky team before but no resolve with the usual resets/ line tests?

I've never seen that reported before.

Are you using a cordless phone?

Yes both upstairs and downstairs, both digital, but it's not the phone settings as they aren't that programmable.

Just odf it's only on weekend.

As there appears to be no line issue, I do wonder if it's somehow related to your cordless phones. You could try temporarily using a standard corded phone at the weekend to see if it persists.
