&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you answer and the caller asks for your telephone password (which a genuine Sky agent should) give an INCORRECT one on purpose. If the caller doesn't challenge it then you know it'll be a scam call.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
