    <description>&lt;P&gt;If there is an external fault then Openreach will be tasked to the job of carrying out the repair and with the Christmas and New Year holidays that could take a little while beyond&amp;nbsp;the usual 3-5 working days timescale they work to. So if nothing appears on your account&amp;nbsp;regarding this and if you haven't asked them before you might want to check with them again regarding this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Landline problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So after various problems with getting fiber installed ( still not in and has been cancelled ) our land line doesn't make or received calls . It just buzzes , broadband is unaffected. Contacted sky they said they'd report and an engineer would be in touch . Now a week later and hear nothing . I accept its the holidays but to have had to message at all confirming I need an engineer . I'm losing faith in sky . What do I do next ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
