      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just had full fibre installed.&amp;nbsp; I have plugged my existing landline phone into the phone socket of the router but there is no dial tone.&amp;nbsp; Do I need to do something else?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There's an ongoing issue with the white Max Hub which results in a delay in activation of the Voice (phone) service for some customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it's still not working after 48 hours, try a factory reset by pressing the WPS button for 30 seconds. If that doesn't resolve it, it's best reported to Sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;At that time we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received a text from Openreach to say they apolgised they couldnt complete my installtion and would be in touch soon with the next steps.&amp;nbsp; Not sure what that was about but hopefuly it will be resolved shortly.&amp;nbsp; If not I will contact Sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had Full Fibre installed in October and my landline hasn't worked since, it was esculated and still out when they've sent other troubleshooting things to try. Photo's have been sent, reboots galore but nothing so still waiting for them to get back to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Basically you need an RJ11 lead that fits into the Highlighted (UK )in BLACk capitals in your Sky hub. It's shaped like an extended (U) the other end Tpically a phone Jack then goes into your by Landline phone as before and it converts the signal from Fibre to your Landline. Just make sure your phone is plugged in into a socket for power.And your phone works straight away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No problem. Normally the Fast Fibre team give you the lead but forget to instruct you on what and where you plug it in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;JOB DONE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did buy all the connectors as advised, but turns out was a complete sky issue and thankfully fully compensated due to missed appointments, no landline for 6 weeks, stress and fobbed off basically.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The FullFibre300 was installed at the beginning of December. It didn't work very well but after a lot of support from SKY and the installation of a BrosTrend AX3000 the internet works well throughout my house. However since the installation my landline doesn't work. I tool the phone cable from the original phone socket and plugged it into the back of my new, white router, into the socket marked UK. I can now make calls from my landline but can't receive them. When I phone my landline from my mobile, I get a message "Number not Valid".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Terry Dunne&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Looks like you have an incomplete activation. You could try turning off both your Max Hub and the ONT for an hour to see if thay coaxes some life into it.
