&lt;P&gt;Try&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;running the line test here as it should check both your broadband and talk services:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Run the test here to see if a fault is found:&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Engaged to when calling out</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Over the last two days I have tried to use my phone to make calls each time I pick the handset up. All I get is what sounds like an engaged tone and no one is able to ring me due to my phone saying you are busy, please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the reply. I have tried this and it says there is no issues with the line. My Internet works fine. It's just the dial in time when I went to make a call or somebody calls me. It's engaged&lt;/P&gt;</description>
