    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thursday last week and they have a white hub.&amp;nbsp; They say the land line working now but not on the old number I had asked them to keep.&amp;nbsp; My mum has onset dementia so I askedb to keep the old number to keep&amp;nbsp; everything as normal as possible.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;But they wont give me the new number over the phone either !!&amp;nbsp; I am beyond stressed!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a new Sky customer and swapped my elderly parents who are 94 and 84 to sky.&amp;nbsp; Services should have started last week on Thursday.&amp;nbsp; No dial tone on the house phone and if I call the number it says this number is not accepting incoming calls!!&amp;nbsp; I have called Sky customer services but I'm getting nowhere. Both my parents have hearing aids and although they have a mobile phone they struggle to hear callers. I asked to keep the home number as the hospital and doctor's have this number my dad already missed one hospital appointment.&amp;nbsp; I'm seriously stressed and keep being put off by sky, first 24 hours then 48 hours then yesterday they said it could be another 24 - 72 hours.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I no longer know what to do!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When was their service activated? Is their phone plugged u to their broadband Hub? Do they have a black or white Hub?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK, so the service has been activated but unfortunately it looks like Sky were unable to keep their number - that's always a possibility,&amp;nbsp; I'm afraid.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky can't tell ypu the number, as you're not the accountholder, but if your parents dial 17070 the recorded message will tell them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
