      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, switched my broadband package and since then I've had no dial tone. Message on phone tells me to check phone line. Done the usual basic checks and no problems showing on the troubleshooter here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no voice light illuminated. All other 3 are. My phone and hub are plugged into the master socket.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you switched did Sky tell you you would have Internet calls? That would be usual. Try restarting your Hub by switching off at the plug for 30 seconds. Does that prompt the Voice LED to illuminate?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
