Landline not working

I've recently changed my broadband and landline to sky but landline hasn't worked at all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you

@Lynnsey28 now we know you're new to Sky, which Hub do you have - black or white? It's unlikely that an engineer will be required.

@Lynnsey28 there's a known problem with the white Hub, which causes a delayed activation of the phone line for some customers.

We can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here tomorrow so that you can do that via a private online chat, if you wish?
