Landline not not working.

I need some help trying to report a landline fault for my mum she's can't make or receive calls can't can't report the fault herself she doesn't have a mobile that she can use... she's tried a couple of different phones thinking it might have been the handset... how can I report this online I don't live near by to go round and help her.

Does your mum still have her broadband service?

Yes her broadband is still working I've been online and it's says everything looks good

I assume her landline with Sky has worked ok up to now?

If she's able, a solution might be for her to sign up to the forum here, and we can then ask Sky's messaging team to contact her via the forum, so that she can report it via a private online chat.

thank you I've managed to speak to someone from sky snd report the problem they did a check and found an issue outside of the property... an engineers been booked
