      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Sir,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My landline has not worked for 18 days this month&amp;nbsp; and I understans that you would automatically apply compensation for this loss of service. I have checked October bill and do not see any compensation for this. &lt;P&gt;Is your phone line now working, if so this link explains the auto compensation scheme as this only applies if you reported the fault to Sky:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I reported 14 days ago. I did not report immediately because most of the time the like would be ok in a couple of days. I reported after two days that it is still not working. That was on 30-09-2024.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
