    <description>&lt;P&gt;There's a known problem affecting the landline service for some customers with the white Hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try resetting your Hub, by pressing and holding the WPS button for 30 seconds. If that doesn't resolve it, Sky's advice is to get in touch with them.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I followed the link and went through the full process to end up supplying a photo of the setup and am awaiting sky, stated would check the line within 72 hours and would be down for about 3 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
