Done the test broadband works sky works. Phone saying check line. Had this problem in march this yearhad to send engineer out.

Yes, I know. You'll need to report it to Sky, as you did last time. Do you want to do so via an online chat again? You'll probably have to work through the same troubleshooting as you did then.

Hi day 4 since i reported my phone line not working, 2 working days. I think i have been fair up to yet.

How much longer will i have to wait and how can i get compensation back for loss of phone line.

As i have said before my phone is not working, my personal alarm that i wear around my neck will not work as it needs a phone line to work. Is there a vunerable list i can out my name on and maybe get my line fixed faster?

It won't get Openreach to fix it any quicker but it could be worth considering registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning
