      <title>Landline not working 3 weeks after fibre installation</title>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Took Sky and OpenReach a grand total of 12 engineers, and 2 months + one day to CORRECTLY install my fibre broadband.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;3 weeks later, and there is STILL NO WORKING LANDLINE. I have phoned up 10 times now, with each customer service agent being more useless than the previous. I have “reset” the hub and landline multiple times now. Both via the “unplug for 6 minutes and hold the WPS button for 20 seconds” method, as well as the “unplug both ONT and phone for 15 mins” method. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;STILL NO WORKING LANDLINE. GIVE ME MY LANDLINE BACK! &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
