We had our telephone line broken by contractors next door. We decided that because we don't have decent broadband and use Starlink we would not bother with the phone and broadband. We have a 90 year old living with us who would prefer to use the house phone and have it reinstated. I understand there is a 2 week cooling off period.
Please can we reinstate sky talk and the phone line (which obviously needs the repair done!). My elderly father had a fall today and couldn't ring us. He doesn't understand mobiles!

@pedropete0 just to forewarn you: there's a two weeks notice period for cancelling, but there have been a number of instances reported here where Openreach have not acted upon a cancelled cancellation, and gone ahead with it.

It probably won't happen to you, but if it does, there's a delay of around two weeks before the line can be reinstated.
