Calling Guernsey from the UK

My parents live in Guernsey and I am a sky VIP customer here in the UK. I keep getting conflicting messages from the India call centre that are incorrect.

I need to know, if I can call a guernsey number from here in the UK for free if I use a sky internet phone

i am aware you have to pay with Talk and with Talk anytime add on feature and the calls are incredibly expensive. 24 quid for four short calls of less than 10 minutes each time.

would internet calls be free as Guernsey is part of the British Isles?

No.

Internet calls are charged in exactly the same way as standard calls.
